• Our Surveyors Will visit your house to survey and discuss your requirements then create a quotation for your deliberation. He will then agree with you the final cost and content of the quotation. If you are happy to proceed to contract our surveyor will prepare the documentation for your signature. He will also be your ultimate point of contact throughout the contract and liaise with you making sure that you are both informed and happy with the project.
  
• Our Architects Will meet with you to discuss your requirements and brainstorm a design. He will prepare detailed drawings for your deliberation and submit a planning application.
  
• Our Structural Engineers Will analyse the architects drawings and calculate the size of the components required to construct your basement. He will prepare a method of construction and design all the different components in detail.
  
• Our Civil Engineers Will be in charge of the construction on site. He will set out the works on site and make sure that everything is being done to the Structural Engineers design.
  
• The Site Foremen Will be on site every day and will be in charge of the day to day running of the site keeping everything ship shape and tidy and making sure productivity is on target.
  
• Our Interior Designers Will be on hand to meet and discuss with you all aspects of the internal design, finishing and specifications.
  
• Our Interior Contracts Managers Will liaise directly with you to cost and agree all internal and finishing works. He will prepare a quotation on this basis and subsequently agree cost and content for your deliberation. If you are happy to proceed he will prepare a contract for the non structural or fit out/finishing element and continue to manage this through to final completion and hand over. He will become your main point of contact after the structural contract has been completed and will liaise with you making sure that you are up to date and happy with this part of the project.
  
• Our Carpentry Foremen Will be on site every day of the internal non structural element of the works or fit out and will be in charge of the day to day running of the site keeping everything ship shape and tidy and making sure productivity is on target.
